Designed with the serious racer in mind, versatile enough to accommodate the beginner, this beautiful midi mini moto can take you from a beginner class to a 50cc open expert top competition class. Equipped with the latest technology and innovations in mini moto fabrication, the R-1 is equally at home in the production class as in the open 50cc expert class.  All fittings are pre-installed to allow conversion to a water cooled open racer for a minimal cost, compared to buying a complete new bike when you are ready for a real thrill. Conversion kits will be available from the manufacturer for upgrading to a more powerful water cooled version. Exchange factory tuned motors will also be made available to the serious racing enthusiast.

• Frame is Chrome molly tubing tig welded.
• Forks are stainless steel 27mm seamless tubing center less ground for accuracy of dimensions and trueness.
• Fork lowers are press fit and pinned with 2 cross bolts.
• Fork triple trees feature extra heavy lowers and uppers made from billet alum.
• Handle bars are stainless steel tubing with double 6mm clamping bolts.
• Steering damper is included.
• Brakes Front single rotor with hydraulic 2. piston caliper, alum lever and reservoir with Dupont Teflon core stainless brake lines.
• Brakes rear single hydraulic 2. piston caliper, alum lever and reservoir with Dupont Teflon core stainless brake lines.
• Chain tensioner internal block with screw adjuster.
• Throttle is quick turn by Domino.
• Brackets for brakes and foot pegs made from billet alum.
• Exhaust 2 piece seam welded with alum silencer.
• Wheels alum 1. piece billet, gold anodized. with removable center hubs.
• Engine Polini 6.2 Series II air cooled with sha 14/14 carburetor, that can upgrade to a 50cc water cooled 5 port open class engine.
• Hardware is all stainless steel grade 5 including axles.
• Faring made from lycra based fiber glass for strength and durability.
• Bike is equipped with all fittings to convert to a full open class water cooled racer. Upgrade kits are available when you are ready for more power without changing to another bike. All tabs are already in place for conversion to a water cooled open class racer.
